Pre-Order Process
Pre-Order runs November 1 to November 11.
Here’s what to expect:
- All orders placed during the pre-ordering period, November 1 - November 11.
- Pre-orders will begin shipping November 13.
- Orders will ship via 2–5 day First Class Mail.
- Any orders placed after November 11, will follow the shipping guidelines below.
General Packaging & Shipping Details
How will my order be protected & packaged, and what can I expect when it arrives?
The Card Deck Experience: The card deck experience includes an acrylic case and a canvas pouch. To protect all elements of the experience, we use sustainable bubble cushioning wrap/ protective shredded paper and items are mailed in shipping boxes.
In addition, we use other decorative elements to ensure your unboxing experience is a delight.
Please note: Due to the nature of acrylic, the case may have light blemishes.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to Canada. Be sure to choose “Canada Shipping” at checkout.
Year-Round Shipping
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email featuring details of your purchased order. Orders are fully processed within 5 days.
Which carrier do you use for shipping?
We use USPS for your shipments due to cost effectiveness for our small business.
What is your shipping timeline?

For domestic orders: First Class Mail, 2-5 days
- For Canada: FedEx shipping with orders arriving within 1 week, sometimes varies!
What is the return policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL and refunds are only issued in highly specific scenarios. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us.
